Midget C Girls win Provincials!!
The Lambeth Lancers Midget Girls captured the 2016 OWHA Midget C Championship on the weekend.
The girls played inspired hockey all weekend against some very good competition. They completed the weekend undefeated outscoring the opposition 18-4 in 6 games.
Game 1: WIN - 1-0 vs. Mooretown
Game 2: TIE - 2-2 vs. Thessalon
Game 3: WIN - 9-0 vs. North York
Game 4 Quarter Finals: WIN - 2-0 vs. Timmins
Game 5 Semi Finals: WIN - 2-1 vs. Almaguin (Hayward scores winner with 45 seconds left).
Game 6 Finals: WIN GOLD - 2-1 vs. Thessalon
Great end to a great season girls. The coaches & parents couldn't be more proud.
