Health Screening and Spectator Updates
Hello Lancer families,

Effective immediately spectator limits are now at 100% capacity for city arenas.
As a reminder, everyone entering the arena must complete a health screening EACH ICE SESSION (practice or game).

Lambeth Players & Bench Staff
All Lambeth participants will continue to use the SportsHeadz app to complete health screenings.   Your Coach or Team Manager will provide instructions on how to get set up with the app.

Parents, Spectators & Visiting Teams
All spectators and non-Lambeth participants must complete the City of London Health Screening using the QR code.  The completed screening along with proof of vaccination (where applicable) must be shown to the city staff to gain entry.  Those who do not have access to a smart phone can continue to use the paper screening form.  Please see below for full details from the City of London and Middlesex London Health Unit.

Effective 12:01 a.m. on October 31, 2021, and until further notice, everyone 12 and older will be required to show proof of double vaccination to enter any City of London arenas including Western Fair each and every time they enter the arena. This applies to all groups from within the MLHU area as well as any groups travelling from outside the MLHU area and wanting to enter our arenas.

Everyone can print or download their vaccination receipt which includes all the relevant information they need to prove that they are fully vaccinated. The receipts can be printed or downloaded from the Provincial government website. Those who need support obtaining a copy of their vaccination receipt, including those who do not have access to a computer, internet or printer, can call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900 for support.

Those wishing to enter the arena will need their current vaccination receipt alongside a valid piece of identification such as a birth certificate, citizenship card, drivers license, Government issued identification card including health card, Indian Status Card/Indigenous Membership card, passport or permanent resident card. Photocopies of these are all accepted.

Those that provide a written document completed and supplied by a physician or registered nurse stating that they are exempt for a medical reason from being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are permitted to enter.

The Province of Ontario under their Reopening Ontario Act also now permits 100% capacity in spectator areas. This means that we are no longer limited to 2 parents/guardians per player. Anyone who enters to spectate is required to show proof of double vaccination. This change does not impact areas such as lobbies and dressing rooms where distancing is still required. This strictly is in designated spectator areas.

All other protocols under the Provincial Roadmap to reopening remain in place.
