Game #2 Goes to Lambeth
With 9 different Lancers getting a point on the game sheet and showing a solid 'team' effort, the Lancers beat the Dorchester Dragons 3-2 in Lambeth to even their round-robin record at 1 and 1. Dorchester's Cam Bond opened the scoring at 11:45 of the opening period on a power play to give the Dragons a early 1-0 lead.  Lambeth evened the score with a power play goal of their own with Josh D'Andrea scoring on a bullet from the blue line with assists going to Nick North and Nick Lorusso. Tyler Kerr gave Dorchester its second lead of the game late in the 2nd period on a nice set up from Kevin Garrie.

Nick North tied it at the 6 minute mark of the 3rd period on a pretty set-up by Riley Gilmore and Kolten Marsh. The power play winner was scored by Brennan Shier with 5:13 remaining, the result of nice passing  between Cole Chilvers, Cole Marshall and Sheir. Caleb Millar in the Lambeth net stopped 29 of the 31 shots fired his way, many of a spectacular nature.
The round robin continues next Friday, March 4th when the Lancers meet the St Marys Rock. Game time is 9:15pm
