Lancers dominate in Parkhill but come up empty!!
Saturday afternoon the Lancer peewees travelled to Parkhill to play the North Middlesex Jr Stars losing a game in which Lambeth outshot the Stars 42-16 and outplayed them for most of the game, but were unlucky with the bounces around the net.

After finding themselves down 3-0 with just minutes remaining in the second period, Lambeth finally got on the scoreboard on a play started by Kellett behind the net to Faragher, who put a perfect pass on Panziera's stick outfront of the net that he drove home.  Lambeth then added two quick goals 30 seconds apart in the third with Panziera netting his second of the game and Beattie with the equalizer to square things up at 3 a piece.  But it was not to be on this night as Parkhill squeaked in the eventual winner with just 5 minutes left and added an empty netter to close out the scoring.

It was a well played game by all and the Lancer defence really started to come together, covering for each other and protecting the front of our net.  It was a game that the boys deserved to win but that's hockey!!

Next up is the Glencoe Ice Cats Tuesday night at the Lambeth arena at 7:40pm.  See you all there where we are going to get back on track in the young Shamrock season.
