Lancer Peewees steamroll the Attack 7-0
The Thamesford Attack rolled into town on Tuesday night and were outmatched by the Lancer peewee squad right from the opening faceoff to the final buzzer.  Lambeth continued to improve on their positional play and defensive zone coverage and showed once more that they are a difficult team to keep off of the scoreboard once they get rolling!

Lambeth once again showed that they can score in many ways, big shots from the slot or top of the circle, down low crashing the net, nifty passes in and around the crease, and a great tip by Noah Mazzilli that beat the Attack goalie on the high side.  The Lancer defense had some great rushes and on numerous occasions stepped up to intercept a pass or Thamesford clearing attempt to create scoring opportunities.  Connor Rowe once again stopped every puck directed at him to record his third shutout of the early season and backstopping Lambeth to their 7th win in their last 8 games.

Goal scorers were Chrisjohn with the hat trick, Zimmer with two, and Mazzilli and Doxtator adding singles. Lambeth showed a lot of discipline in the final period keeping their cool and sticking to their game plan as the game began to get out of hand.  That mental toughness is what the coaches are looking for and going to help the Lancers go a long way this year!!

Great job by everyone once again, our team is really starting to come together and gel as a unit.  Big game for us again on Thursday night in Dorchester against the Dragons!!  See you all there!
