Great Effort in Ingersoll
With 11 goals for and 3 goals against one would think that it would be an easy advancement to the next round of a tournament. However that was not meant to be for the Bantam boys in Ingersoll. The team took the first game of the tournament 6-1 beating Tillsonburg with speed and team play. The Saturday game against TNT was a battle to the end with no score mid way through the third.
Two unlikely bounces was all TNT needed to give the team its only loss. The Sunday morning game the boys made a statement that they will not go quietly beating Dresden 5-0. Leading the way was Justin Buchanan with 5 goals and an assist, Nick brown with 4 points and Kurtis Van Dommelen with 3 points. Robert Carter earned his first shut-out of the season.
