Peewee B OMHA Finalists
We would like to congratulate the Peewee B boys team on a fabulous end to the season making it as far as they possibly could in the OMHA playdowns!
Although the outcome was not what our Lancers had hoped, the battle against the opposing Saugeen team was some of the best hockey on display all season. Our Lancers rallied back from a 2-0 series deficit and pushed the final game into overtime after being down 2-0 earlier in the game. The game winning goal by Saugeen had a magnificent amount of puck luck that not even Michael Jordan or Larry Bird could have called out in a McDonalds commercial. Our hats are off to Saugeen Shores for a job well done!
We would like to thank the Saugeen Shores organization for being extremely hospitable throughout the series.
And as always we would like to thank our coaching staff, parent group, Lancer fans and the Lambeth Minor Hockey Association for showing a tremendous amount of support in this final series.
