As
our tryouts come to a close, I want to congratulate every girl who skated with
us on an amazing effort throughout the tryout process.
So many high points and smiles and so much positive energy around the team and the girls – it was incredible and personally inspiring for me. I look at this not as the end of our tryouts but as the completion of two very good girl’s peewee hockey teams in Lambeth and 32 lucky kids who will get to play with friends, have fun and hopefully win a few games along the way!
These decisions are always difficult and this year was especially so for me. Everyone needs to be proud of their efforts and push themselves hard for the upcoming hockey season. I truly look forward to seeing everyone at the rink come the Fall.
