Covid ends the Dream Season
What an incredible season for the midget girls team!
As the season came to an abrupt end due to the Corona Virus, the girls finished with a dominating last game performance in the league finals against West Oxford. They truly showed who was the better, and more complete team. Another shut out performance by Carlee Johnston for the 23rd TIME this season!!!
This team finished with a remarkable 43-12-3 record, 3 tournament victories and were league champs!
The coaching staff had a very enjoyable year teaching, watching, and encouraging these girls on.
We wish to salute our 3 graduating Lancer girls who all played key roles on the team this year. Your leadership, maturity and effort was undoubtedly a reason for our team success this year. Best wishes to Claire Brooks, Kristen Hopkins and Christie Metron.
A celebration is still in the works when the green light is given. League medals will be distributed to the team then.
It was a dream season.
