Breast Cancer Awareness Game
The Lambeth Atom Rep Lancers defeated Ilderton 5-2 in its breast cancer awareness game. The team raised over 400 dollars from the 50/50 and bake sale and are awaiting the gate to add to that total. We would like to thank all the people that donated baked goods and their time to make tonight special.
The game started with a ceremonial puck drop from Kristen Metron a breast cancer survivor and her son Ethan. Simon Moir began the scoring for the Lancers on a nice pass from Matteo Santagapita. Parker Pigeon kept the ball rolling on a sweet line goal from Josh Troop and Charlie Graham. Matteo Santagapita scored the next two from Simon Moir, Logan Battersby and Cole Smale. Josh Troop finished off the scoring from Parker Pigeon and Charlie Graham. Ty Brown-Nevin was solid between the pipes for the Lancers.
