MHAL provides a place for over 300 boys and girls from the former village of Lambeth (southwest London), Ontario to play recreational and competitive hockey. O
ur objective is to foster and encourage good sportsmanship in an atmosphere that promotes the development of hockey skills in a fun and rewarding environment. Starting at age of four with the
Initiation program, we have more than 30 teams playing at the
U8, U9, U11, U13, U15 and U18 levels of hockey regulated by the
OMHA and
OWHA (girls) organizations.

Initiation (U7)
- new revamped ice schedule
- excellent coach to player ratio
- fun activities throughout the year
- draft night (NHL style game jerseys)
- end of season awards night
- all games and practices at Lambeth Arena
- Christmas jamboree

Girls (U9-U18)
- girls only travel competitive hockey
- all home games at Lambeth Arena
- 1 practice 1 game per week
- 1-4 tournaments
- U9 tryouts in fall
- U11-U18 tryouts in May

Local League (U8-U18)
- boys/girls travel house league hockey
- play against other small towns
- all home games at Lambeth Arena
- 1 practice and 1 game per week
- 1-3 tournaments

- boys/girls travel competitive hockey
- play against other small towns
- all home games at Lambeth Arena
- 2 practices and 1-2 games per week
- 3-4 tournaments
