Picture Day - 3pm, Team Calendar, Major Midget, 2010-2011, Rep (Lambeth Minor Hockey)

Attention All Coaches / Managers:

Pictures will be held on Sunday, October 17^th in the Lambeth Community Centre Gym.

I have received all team schedules and practice times from the conveners and put together a schedule that should accommodate all teams.  In the event that there is an issue that I may have missed with your picture time, please make arrangements with another team to see if you can switch with them.  If both teams do agree then I will need confirmation from both teams via email showing this. 

All players will receive an 8X10 team / individual picture (one sheet) as in previous years.  I will be sending out order forms to you in advance that you can forward on to your parents for any additional pictures they would like to order.  The idea is to try and have these forms completed in advance if possible.   

Please make sure that your team is dressed in Home Jersey’s and ready to go 15-20 minutes prior to your photo time to make things run smoother.  There will be mats and an area for kids to put on their skates.  Please explain the importance of this to your parents so that no player is missed in the picture.  Once your team arrives they will all be together waiting for their turn. Remember that there are a lot of teams coming in for there pictures and not a lot of space to accommodate everyone changing at the arena.  If you can have them come dressed, that will save some time and aggravation. Full gear is required minus neck guards and helmets……please remember your sticks…
