    Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) Procedure
    Procedure effective April 2019 for any MHAL on-ice volunteer (such as coach, assistant coach, trainer) or a manager of a team to complete a "Police Vulnerable Sector Check" (PVSC). A current PVSC (valid for three years) must be on file with the MHAL by October 31 of the hockey season to allow continued participation. PVSC applications are on-line for City of London residents and via Letter to OPP for county residents (i.e. Delaware, Southwold). Download the PDF document for complete details.
