PLAYER'S FIRST YEAR OF HOCKEY


First time registrants to Lambeth Minor Hockey must provide:
1. a copy of your player’s Birth Certificate for age verification purposes; and
2. a copy of a government issued ID such as a Driver’s License for family address verification purposes.
Once your paperwork is received your player will be verified and setup and your Hockey Canada key information will be e-mailed back to you for you to complete registration.

New INITIATION PROGRAM, TYKE or NOVICE-age players (ages 4 to 8) may proceed to register on-line in the Hockey Canada Registry by following the instructions in HCR and setting up a Family Record and creating an ID and password.

New ATOM-age or older (9+ years old) players will NOT be able to register on-line in the Hockey Canada Registry until you are contacted by the Lambeth Registrar for your initial setup.

Your paperwork can be either:

A) scanned/emailed to [email protected]
