NEW Police Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) Process for 2024-25 Season
** NEW 2024 - 2025 Hockey Season **
The centralization of all
Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) will be
administered by the
Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) for
all coaches, trainers, managers, on-ice help and dressing room supervisors as
of the 2024 - 2025 Season and is no longer handled by
Minor
Hockey Association of Lambeth (MHAL).
OHF will accept previous copies of your VSC up to and including one for
the 2022-23 season, but you will need to also submit an OHF
Screening Declaration Form stating you have no new offences since the date
of the VSC.
Please do NOT contact MHAL for a copy of a previously submitted
VSC.
If you cannot find your VSC, you will need to
apply for a new one as per below:
- For City of London
residents, please click here to

- For non-City of London
residents living within an OPP-policed community, please click here to apply
for your VSC.
