Lambeth - House - Initiation Program and Local League teams Starting
Submitted By CJ Ireland on Friday, September 13, 2019
The Initiation Program (IP) and Local League (LL) hockey teams start this weekend, Saturday, Sept. 14th.   Some reminders you should be aware of:

Ice times - check website schedule/calendar; please arrive 30 minutes before.

Rowan's Law Form - you MUST bring this completed form to the first ice time!

Full Hockey gear required - players must have mouth guard and neck guard.

Initiation Program - ice times depend on child age and surname.

For complete details on these items, please...

Rowan’s Law – this is a new mandate as part of Government regulations on concussion awareness.

*****This absolutely must be completed prior to arriving to the evaluation skates on Saturday.

********If this is not signed and completed your child will not be able to step on the ice. ******

*****In addition, the purpose of the document is not simply to sign but to walk through it with your child so we will not have copies on hand to sign.

A reminder, that all children are required to wear full hockey gear, including a mouth-guard and neck-guard. These are not optional, and are important for the safety of your child.

Initiation Program Schedule for the weekend

All Ice times will be at Lambeth Arena

    2013 born players → Sept 14th @ 8:30am and Sept 15th @ 10:00am

    2014 born players with last name A-L → Sept 14th @ 9:30am and Sept 15th @ 10:00am

    2015 born players → Sept 14th @ 9:30am and Sept 15th @ 9:00am

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and check in.

We will hand out ‘temporary’ jerseys as you come into the arena.

See you all Saturday!  CJ Ireland
