Shamrock - Rep - Volunteers Needed for Major Novice Rep Championship

MHAL relies heavily on the involvement of volunteers to ensure that all hosted events are sufficiently staffed and run successfully.  We are currently looking for volunteers to help during our Major Novice Rep Championship on March 27 – 29 hosted by Lambeth Lancers at Lambeth AND Strathroy Gemini Arena.

Tournament Locations

Lambeth Arena         &        Gemini Sportsplex

Tournament Dates

Friday March 27
Saturday March 28
FINALS Sunday March 29 

A few of the positions we are looking to fill:

- Food Prep for rolling meal breaks (Lambeth Location)
- Food Distribution for rolling meal breaks (Lambeth Location)
- Gymnasium Monitors Including volunteers to help run activities such as Shooting Games, Competitions,     etc (Lambeth Location)
- Game Clock/Time/Score Keepers (Lambeth & Strathroy)
- Locker Room Liaisons (Lambeth & Strathroy)
- Registration and gate assistance (Lambeth & Strathroy)
- Set-up/Tear-Down (Lambeth & Strathroy)

There will be more positions available as we get closer to the date. The more volunteers we get, the more successful this event will be!

*High-school students: this is an excellent opportunity to get volunteer hours in!*

In your email, please indicate the following:

Days you would be able to help with (Friday/Saturday/Sunday or ALL)
Times you would be able to help with (Morning, Noon, Evening)
Position(s) you would be able to help with
Location you would be able to help with

Scheduling of volunteer time is arranged to provide full coverage and to afford organizers of the tournament support and assistance as needed.
