Annual General Meeting of the
Minor Hockey Association of Lambeth will be held on
Monday, July 20th at 7pm via MS-Teams Meeting:

Virtual AGM Guidelines
- log in with your LAST name
- make sure your mic is turned off until it is your turn to speak
- questions from those in attendance will be taken at the end of all reports
- those asking a question and answering a question will have two minutes of speaking time
- in order to speak out of turn you must click on the hand icon and our monitors, Chad and Kate, will indicate when you may speak
- members may bring forth their own motions as part of "Other business"
