It is our hope that everyone is doing well as we hunker down for yet another lockdown. Although the hockey season is well over, the Executive team has been working on season end tasks and planning for the 2021-2022 season. To help us plan, please complete this short survey for
each player in your family:

2020-2021 Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held virtually on Wednesday, May 26th at 7 pm. All are welcome to attend, however, only those who were registered for sessions 1 and 2 during the 2020-2021 season are eligible to vote and only one vote will be recorded per family. The AGM Agenda and policy amendments will be posted on the website at least two weeks prior to the meeting and the Google Meets code will also be posted at that time.
Registration
It is our aim to open registration for the 2021-2022 season on June 1st. Please note that we will only be able to open registration if the Boys' Registrar and Girls' Registrar positions are filled prior to June 1st. Should these positions not be filled, registration will be paused until volunteers are in place. At this time there is still considerable uncertainty as to what type of programming we will be able to offer, for this reason we will be collecting a deposit of $100 from each player and subsequent payment installments once the type of programming is finalized. To assist us now during the planning stage, it would be beneficial to know how many players plan on returning and if they will return for a session based hockey program or only to what was considered a normal hockey season.
