Nominations for MHAL 2022-23 season Awards are now being accepted. Please complete this form and click 'Submit Form' to e-mail your nomination to the MHAL Award Selection Committee. Nominations are only accepted from a member of the bench staff of a Lambeth Minor Hockey Association team.

Award winners will be announced at the MHAL Annual General Meeting in May 2023, so we ask that nominations are completed before May 1st, 2023.
