APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications for the position of Head Coach for all 2026-2027 season MHAL teams are now being accepted and are due by:
Feb 21st for OMHA "MD", Rep "B/BB" teams;
All coaching applicants should familiarize themselves with the Head Coach job description and Coaches Fair Play Pledge as set out by Hockey Canada. Coaches will be selected by a committee of MHAL executive members and notified after the due date. MHAL will only interview suitable candidates for coaching positions, therefore not all those that apply will receive an interview.
*** NOTES ***
To be selected as a Lambeth Minor Hockey team Head Coach, the applicant must:
- hold valid OMHA certification on Sept. 1st, 2026;
- have provided a Vulnerable Sector Check to OHF within the past three years;
- select qualified assistant coaches, trainers, bench managers for MHAL Executive approval with valid OMHA certifications that are effective on Sept. 1st, 2026.
