 MITE Registrations paid in full before May 14th, 2012 eligible for $25 discount.
TYKE Registrations paid in full before May 14th, 2012 eligible for $50 discount.

*** ADDITIONAL FEES ***
Each family registered with Lambeth Minor Hockey is charged a $75 volunteer fee and a $100 Fund-raising fee. Only one payment per family is assessed.
The $75 volunteer fee is refunded by the end of the season if you volunteer with Lambeth Minor Hockey. Team Coaches, bench staff, managers (up to 7 per team) and executive members are all eligible for the volunteer fee refund.
The $100 Fund-raising fee is for Raffle Tickets that can be sold (to recover the $100 fee), or submitted with the family name to be eligible to win prizes.

*** IMPORTANT DATES ***
 April 16th - May 13th: Early Bird discount applies. Payment must be made in full by credit card only.
May 14th - June 30th: Early Bird discount no longer applies. MHAL accepts credit card payments (VISA or MASTERCARD) ONLY. Payment is due in full at time of registration.
July 1st or later: Late Fee of $50 applies to all registrations (and unpaid balances) except for players new to Lambeth or for players registering for the MITE hockey program. MHAL accepts credit card payments (VISA or MASTERCARD) ONLY. Payment is due in full at time of registration.
August 20th or later: All registrations subject to space availability. All payments due in full upon registration.


TO REGISTER:
Lambeth Minor Hockey Association (MHAL) uses the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) for registration.  This system is linked directly to Hockey Canada files. 

  1. Sign in to the HCR system using your ID  and password. This is the ID and password that you setup the first year you used this system.
    • If you are new to Lambeth you must provide initial information prior to registering. See 'Player is NEW to Lambeth' under "Registration - Boys Hockey".
      • If you are also new to hockey or Hockey Canada you must setup your 'Family Record' to create your ID and password. Just follow the instructions within HCR.
  2. Select your player and complete their registration process.
  3. Select any subsequent players and complete their registration process. (You can register all your players prior to going to the payment process)
  4. Proceed to the payment process.

MY REGISTRATION IS BEING REJECTED:

  • If you did not play for Lambeth last year and you are being rejected by the system, you will need to provide some base information for your initial setup. See 'Player is NEW to Lambeth' under "Registration - Boys Hockey".
  • If you played for Lambeth within the last few years and you are being rejected by the system please provide the following information by pasting the following questions and their answers in an e-mail to the MHAL Registrar at: [email protected] 
  • What is your player’s name?
  • What is your player’s date of birth?
  • What is the player’s address?
  • What is your e-mail address for returning your registration number?
