In an effort to ensure youth can play hockey within their community, MHAL has limited funds available for financial assistance for families in need.  Please email the appropriate registrar with your request.  All requests will be kept private.

1. Base Registration:

All Atom to Midget aged Base Registration fees include a $85 Try-out fee for a minimum of four ice times to evaluate which B or C-level Rep competitive team the player is placed on.  The Try-out skates are held in April/May and the ice times and arenas are posted on the MHAL website 'Try-out' page.  The minimum payment for Atom to Midget-aged players is the $85 Try-out fee which must be paid before the player can attend their first Lambeth Rep team Try-out evaluation skate.

For Novice-aged players, the minimum payment is $350 since there are no try-out skates for that age group.  Once the try-outs are complete,
the minimum payment becomes $350 for all players to proceed with registration.

2. Early-Bird Registration:

All player registrations fully paid BEFORE May 15th will receive a discount of $50 from the Base Registration fee once the player is placed on a Lambeth team.  Please note that the Quick Enrollment registration system "Full Payment " option will charge the Base Registration fee on your invoice; the $50 Early-Bird discount will be applied to the Rep Team Fee (or refunded if your account is in a credit balance).

3. Late Registration:

Players registering AFTER July 1st (AND that did NOT attend the try-out skates) are charged the Late Registration fee.  The Late Registration is calculated as the Base Registration less the $85 Try-out fee (Atom to Midget only) plus $100 late fee.

4. Gate Fee:

There is no gate fee charged at Girls Hockey games at all arenas for league games (typically $4.00 per person per game for 20 home games per season).

5. Team and Individual Photo:

Paid registration includes a professionally taken team and individual player photo taken in late September/early October.

1. Volunteer Fee (conditionally refundable):

Each player registered with Lambeth Minor Hockey is charged a $85 volunteer fee which is refunded by the end of the season if you volunteer with Lambeth Minor Hockey.  Team Coaches, bench staff, managers (up to 8 per team) and executive members are all eligible for the volunteer fee refund.

2. Rep Team Fee (non-refundable if placed on a Rep Team):

Players who have successfully secured a spot on a Rep-level team roster are charged a $300 Rep Team fee for the additional ice time those teams receive.  This fee is assessed by May 15th and payment to Lambeth Minor Hockey via the registration system is due by September 1st.

3. Late Fee (July 1st):

Players accounts NOT paid in full by July 1st are assessed a $100 Late Fee that is automatically added to the balance owing.

4. Team Fee (at discretion of Team Manager):

Players may be charged a Team Fee for extra costs that will be payable to the team early in the season.  Team Managers will discuss the fee and provide details at the team level. This fee is in addition to all other fees collected by Lambeth Minor Hockey and goes directly to the Team Manager.

April 1st to April 30th:
Players must be registered in QuickEnrollment for the appropriate Age Group and select either the minimum or full payment option. The minimum payment is $350 for Novice-aged players or $85 for Atom to Midget-aged players ($85 is the Try-out Fee amount).  Note: You must register and pay before you can attend a Rep-team try-out ice time. All registrants will be put on a ‘waiting list’ and advised of their acceptance after the try-out skates complete.

May 1st to May 14th:
Upon completion of Rep team try-outs, all players who have been selected to a team must return to QuickEnrollment and pay either the minimum $350 deposit or fully pay the registration to secure their spot on the roster.  Only those registrations fully paid BEFORE May15th will qualify for the $50 Early Bird discount that will be applied when the Rep team fee is assessed.  If full payment or the $350 deposit is NOT received by May 15th, the team spot will be offered to the next player on the waiting list.

May 15th:
All players that have been selected to an OWHA Rep-Level hockey team will be assessed the $300 Rep Team feeOnly fully paid registrations will have the $50 Early Bird discount applied resulting in a net outstanding balance of $250.

June 15th:
Registration will close on June 15th or earlier for divisions that reach capacity. If there are teams not at capacity, the Girls hockey registrar may permit late registration where $350 is due at the time of registration and the full balance is due September 1st.

July 1st to August 14th:
$100 Late Fee applies to all unpaid registrations except for players new to Lambeth Minor Hockey.  Accounts NOT paid in full by July 1st are assessed a $100 Late Fee that is automatically added to the balance owing.

August 15th and later:

All registrations subject to space availability and payment is due in full upon registration.

September 1st:

The full balance owing must be paid by September 1st or the player will not be permitted on the ice.

Lambeth Minor Hockey is affiliated with the OWHA and registration is offered through the QuickEnrollment (QE) system for Girls Hockey registration. This system is NOT linked to the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) system used for Boys Hockey (OMHA) registration so you will need a separate login/password to setup a family account to register.

1. Female players new to or returning to Lambeth Minor Hockey:

Please register on-line by clicking on 'Registration', 'Girls Hockey' and 'QuickEnrollment Registration' and follow the instructions.  You only need to setup a “New QuickEnrollment User” account if you have never registered with QuickEnrollmentbefore.

2. Female players registered with another OWHA association:

Please obtain a “Permission To Skate” (PTS form) from that association and bring it to the very first try-out ice time.  Any OWHA girl requiring a PTS form must email [email protected] at least two business days before requiring the form.
Under no circumstances will a player be allowed on the ice for tryouts without the original PTS form.

3. New Players never registered with OWHA:

You will also need to submit a copy of the player’s Birth Certificate and also a copy of the player’s proof of residence (i.e. parent Driver’s License). The copies MUST be submitted (preferably via e-mail to [email protected]) as soon as the player is registered. The documents must be received by MHAL before the player is allowed on ice (including tryouts).
