3. Payment via E-transfer:
Use your web banking service to E-Transfer $500.00 fee to: [email protected]
(that e-mail account has been set up with auto-deposit so no password is needed).
4. OR - Registration form and Payment via Canada Post:
Download and print out registration form and enclose completed registration with $500 entry fee
cheque payable to "Lambeth Minor Hockey" in postage stamped sealed envelope and return to:
