GrandPa Walks... Team Louie
Rob Facca was a former
Lambeth Lancer Jr. D player and his son
Louie has
Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy. Louie's GrandPa is walking 500km across Ontario to raise funds through the
Jesse's Journey charity organization.
This is a way for our
Lancer Family to help out one of our own.
Hello,
I just wanted to let you know about a special project that is going to help us find a cure for
Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This May, Louie's Grandpa (who is 62 years old) will be walking 500 Kilometers across Ontario to help raise awareness and also to raise funds for research against this disease. This walk is a really special and our family is 100% all in to make this a huge event!
Here is a video link outlining what my dad will be doing.

Please read the have attached a sponsorship brochure on how you can help and also a
letter from my father about why he is walking.

This is all for a great cause that really hits home and I hope that one day I will be sending you an e-mail telling you that they have found a CURE for DMD.
