To prepare for the
2019-2020 MHAL Hockey season, the updated forms and policies are available for download from the MHAL website
"Online Libraries" which include:
MHAL Policies - (MHAL Policy Manual, PVSC Procedure, Volunteer letter etc.)
MHAL Forms - (PVSC Form, Player Conduct etc.)
OMHA Forms - (AP Form, Team Official Requirements etc.)
Reminder that anyone wishing to participate with
MHAL either "On-Ice" or "On-The-Bench"
MUST COMPLETE the
PVSC Procedure BEFORE being on ice with youth.
