House/Local (Lambeth Minor Hockey)

The U18LL2 team coached by Chris Gee won GOLD in the DQ Challenge Cup beating out 11 other teams in their age division. Congratulations! Many of these players are graduating this year so this was their last tournament together as Lambeth Lancers - what a great way to finish their Lambeth Minor Hockey days!

Both the Lambeth U16 HL and U21 HL1 teams won their respective CHL A-Division Championships this past weekend. U21HL1 will now advance to the Alliance Hockey House League Championships in April. Congratulations to all! 

Lancer families, We are happy to announce that Lambeth Minor Hockey will be hosting tryouts for both OMHA and OWHA in the spring.  OWHA (Girls) will be for our U11-U18 age groups in the A, B or C categories: - Starting on May 5th.    - U9 tryouts will happen in the fall   OMHA (Co-ed) tryouts will be for our U9-U15 age groups in the MD, B, and BB categories: - Starting the week of May 10-16th - U18 tryouts will happen in the fall

The OHF has recently announced the removal of residential restrictions for OMHA/Boys hockey across the province, allowing players to move freely and play anywhere from age U10 and above. Congratulations to the U21HL1 Lambeth Lancers team for winning silver at the Kevin Fegan Memorial Tournament in St. Catharines this weekend!  They may have lost but they had the lowest penalty minutes of the tournament.  Somewhat of a new stat for them!
