TRY-OUT SKATES FOR LAMBETH GIRLS REP HOCKEY TEAMS
All players wishing to try-out for a 2018-2019 Lambeth Girls Rep hockey team must log into the QuickEnrollment (QE) on-line registration system and register to secure a tryout spot. Players may opt to register and pay only the $85 minimum payment which equals the tryout fee.
If the player DID NOT play with Lambeth last season, a signed Permission-To-Skate (PTS) form must be brought from your current hockey association to the first try-out skate (or the player will NOT be permitted on the ice). Any OWHA girl requiring a PTS form must e-mail [email protected] at least two business days before requiring the form.
Players must register in advance of tryouts in order for coaches to adequately prepare. Lambeth Girls Rep team try-outs start April 26th, 2018 (see below) subject to registration interest. Our goal is to have the Girls Rep teams selected by May 31st, 2018 so PLEASE REGISTER YOUR INTENT ASAP!
Upon completion of Rep team try-outs, all players who have been selected to a team must return to QuickEnrollment (QE) and process a minimum payment of $350 to secure their spot on the roster. Players may also opt to pay in full at this time to receive a $50 early registration discount. If full payment or the $350 minimum payment is NOT received by May 31st, the team spot will be offered to the next player.
