Silver at The Devilettes Tournament
The girls competed in the 35th Annual Devilettes Tournament this past weekend. Despite drawing the tougher pool, the girls put forth a relentless effort and were rewarded with their best tournament result to date.
7-1 win over Toronto Leaside
1-1 tie with Oakville
7-3 Loss to North Middlesex
4-3 win over Devilettes (6 mins of 3v3 OT and 7 rounds of shootout)
In the championship game, the girls battled back from being down 4-1 to North Middlesex to finish the game with a proud 6-5 loss to one of the best U11B teams in Ontario.
