Atom B Girls, 2018-2019, Girls (Lambeth Minor Hockey)

The Atom B Girls team played this weekend in the Belmont-Aylmer-Dorchester (B.A.D.) Girls Annual Tournament.  Our strong team play produced balanced scoring throughout the tournament, and the Lancers finished first in Pool A at the end of round robin play.  With a very determined performance in the semi-finals against Waterloo, our team of young ladies made it to the finals for the 4th tournament in a row! Despite our best efforts in the final, we ran into a very tough Guelph Gryphons team and came up a bit short.  The coaching staff is very proud of how everyone played a great team game ...

A huge congratulations to our Atom B girls who skated away with the Silver at the St. Thomas Big Cat Pre-Season Showdown Tournament. 

I would like to thank all the girls for their hard work, energy and focus during the entire tryout process.  You have all done a fine job and made the selection process a very challenging one. For the girls who did not make the team I wish them all the best in the up-coming fall hockey season and hope to have an opportunity to coach them in the future. 

Hello All, A big thank you to all the girls for their hard work in last night’s game.  We played against a solid Sarnia team that completed their tryouts and finalized their team last week.  I appreciate everyone’s efforts.  Many of the girls played different positions; opposite sides; and were all playing with unfamiliar team mates.  All things considered the girls played very well.  Way to go Lancers!
