Novice LL 1, 2018-2019, LMLL (Lambeth Minor Hockey)

Hard work and determination was our theme this past weekend at the 2019 Langton Leafs tournament, and our kids worked very hard and were determined to bring home another tournament championship.

What can I say about this about this group of kids, I guess 1 word can best describe them "champs". We won the tournament put on by the Seaforth Stars.

This past weekend our Novice LL team participated in the John Henry Memorial tournament in Strathroy. We started out the tournament with a 3-2 win over Strathroy Red, followed up with a 7-4 win over Mount Brydges Blue and wrapped up the round robin with a 6-1 win over Strathroy Blue. This brought us into the finals  versus Mount Brydges Gold.  We ended up losing 5-4 in a very hard fought battle.  The coaching staff could not be prouder of the effort the kids put forth over the entire weekend.  We would also like to thank the fans that came out and supported the team past weekend.
