Atom B, 2014-2015, Rep (Lambeth Minor Hockey)

The Lambeth Atom Rep teams went through the International Silver Stick tournament a perfect 5-0.  They defeated Elmvale 4-2, Listowel 6-4, Kinkardine 2-1 in over time, and Elmvale again in the semi-final 7-1.  

The Lambeth Canadians Oldtimers will be hosting an oldtimers tournament Jan 15th to Jan 18th. On Saturday night (Jan 17) there will be a dance in the community centre. For any parents with children in Lambeth minor hockey, there will be a draw for one free Lambeth minor hockey registration for the 2015/2016 season. Tickets will be available at the dance and you must attend the dance to be eligible to win the registration.

Our Atom rep team went to Collingwood over the weekend and went 4-0-1.  The boys defeated Niagra on the Lake, Credit Valley, and Dorchester.  The home town Collingwood Blackhawks gave the boys their first tie of the season to end the round robin.  In the rematch in the final the Lancers held on for a 2-1 win.  Josh Troop was the game MVP and scored both goals in the game.  All the boys played well and made the coaching staff very proud.

The Lambeth Atom Rep Lancers defeated Ilderton 5-2 in its breast cancer awareness game. The team raised over 400 dollars from the 50/50 and bake sale and are awaiting the gate to add to that total.  We would like to thank all the people that donated baked goods and their time to make tonight special.  

The Lambeth Atom Rep team rolled through Ingersoll a perfect 5-0.  Lambeth defeated Simcoe, Mt. Brydges and Ingersoll.  The final was fast paced with lots of close calls for both teams.  The Lancers beat Ingersoll in the final 4-2 with goals coming from Josh Troop, Matteo Santagapita with 2 and Parker Pigeon.  Ty Brown-Nevin stood on his head in net and was the game MVP!  Simon Moir and Parker Pigeon lead the team in scoring for the tournament with 9 points each.  Great start to the season Lancers!!!!
