Shamrock Playoffs Start With A 3-0 Loss to Dorchester
Game One of the Shamrock League playoffs didn't start well for the Major Midgets losing 3-0 to the Dorchester Dragons Friday night in Dorchester. Outshot 27 to 14 and down 3-0 after the second period, the Lancers finally got out of their 'scrimmage' mentality and turned up the heat in the 3rd period, outshooting the home team by a 16 to 3 margin but still couldn't beat Richie Evison in the Dorchester net. The teams go at it again on Sunday night in Lambeth. Game time is 7:40pm.
