Lambeth peewees down Irish 4-2 on home ice
The Lancer defence lead the way Tuesday night in Lambeth shutting down the Lucan Irish attack and Rowe shut the door with big saves all night long to grab the win.

The defense played their strongest game yet in the early Shamrock season allowing Lambeth to get back on the winning track.  Nik Halliday was strong in our zone forcing the Irish forwards to the outside all night long protecting the centre of the ice and Cam Kellett was tough along the boards and in the corners winning battles and out-muscling the Irish to the puck.  In the offensive zone AJ Doxtator jumped up at just the right time over and over again to intercept passes and pin Lucan in their zone and Dawson Maton made some great pinches along the boards throwing his weight around and making the Irish forwards think twice before trying to carry the puck out of their end.  Eric Carpenter controlled the play in the Lambeth zone making countless first passes to start the rush and fought through a last minute charge by Lucan to fire a shot from the far blue line into an empty net to seal the Lambeth win.  Connor Rowe was on his game and was nearly unbeatable shutting down the Irish shooters and solidifying the two points.

Lambeth goals scored by Panziera, Beattie, Carpenter, and Faragher who jumped on a loose puck and banged it home for what would turn out to be the eventual game winner.

Great job tonight team and a big win off of a complete team effort!
